65cms H x 45cms W - Blossoms in Blue - A cascade of blossoms tumbling over each other in shades of blue, ultramarine and aquamarine acrylic ink meld to give an overall impression of a multi headed blue bouquet, the flowers each similar but different . Which is your favourite I wonder? My first love is Watercolour, but this was an experiment in acrylic ink to see the difference in how the colours react. Again, they are similar but also very different. The Yupo paper does not allow for a true reproduction of the colours of the flowers which have a little more ultramarine than can be shown here, although the aquamarine is a nice foil in the background. The different shades of blue give a nice depth to the petals.
