A tragedy then that bees are being decimated - between disease, destruction of habitat, and people killing bees in a hive rather than relocating them. How can we help? Plant as many 'bee friendly' plants ( such as lavender, buddleia) in your garden as you can, choose your pesticides carefully, and relocate any unwanted hives.
