The central close up contains all the detail of the fur, and eye, whilst the outer border is an extension of the colours of the tiger's stripes. This aims to provide a degree of visual confusion whilst at the same time drawing the eye both inwards towards the centre and outwards. This signed, original artwork was created in Watercolour and Gouache on 300gsm paper in shades of Black, White, Burnt Sienna, Sienna, Yellow, and Ochre.
