SOLD - Sapphire the Blue Jaguar

A$145.00
sold out

41.8cms W x 29.5cms H. Sapphire's a really cool character - just looking at the colour of his coat tells you that and a lot more… Why is he looking a little thoughtful and blue? Because his species is on the 'near threatened list, which means numbers are declining and he's one step nearer to extinction. What a tragedy to lose such a beautiful animal - but it's not too late to save him and others like him. There are lots of organisations such as the World Wildlife Fund who work tirelessly to save endangered species, such as the jaguars, from extinction. Sapphire was created with Watercolour, a little Gouache and lots of love, and was inspired by a photo from Deborah Coker, with room display by @insituartroom. Shades of Cobalt, Indigo, Cobalt Turquoise, Jade, Aqua and Emerald
