SOLD - 76cms H x 56cms W - Meet Skippy! Named after the iconic Aussie TV star, 'Skippy the Bush Kangaroo.' The real Skippy was loved by both adults and children around the world for many years, and there was a theme park named after him on Sydney's Northern Beaches. When I saw the photo by David Clode, I knew Skippy had been rediscovered and just had to paint him. Thanks to @insituartroom for the room display. Skippy was created in Watercolour and Gouache in shades of grey, umber, raw sienna, burnt sienna,, green and yellow on Saunders Waterford 638gsm paper
